11b: Planning Your Application Project

I'm going to write a news paper article on the basics of dam removal including why it's an issue and what's being done about it now.  I will begin with basic information including why so many are being removed and the effects removing them have on an environment.  I will try to stay unbiased and just state the facts I've found so far.
